Shipping
All orders are shipped from Canada through Canada Post or UPS. Where possible, tracking numbers will be provided so that customers can track their orders through the website of the shipping company. For international orders, it is possible that customs, taxes, or import duties may be imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. All such charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped are payable by the purchaser.
Returns Policy
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Except in the cases where the incorrect product has been shipped by Knowledge in Development, payment for return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
